Return & Exchange Policy
Dalini Skin Care Spa is committed to providing the highest quality skin care products to you, our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Yon-Ka products purchase, we understand there are times that you may need to return a product. If have a product that you need to return, please see the policy below.
- To request a refund, use the contact form on daliniskincarespa.com to provide us with your name, email, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- To be considered for a refund, returns must be completed within 30 days from the purchase date of the product you are returning.
- All returned products must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Remember to record the tracking number when you ship your return. We cannot process your refund until we confirm receipt of your returned product. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or not delivered by the shipping carrier.

- All returns shall be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return.
- Depending on your credit card, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account.
- We cannot accept packages shipped C.O.D.
We are happy to exchange any skin care products that are defective or unused. Please review the policy below for information on how to exchange your product.
- We accept exchanges up to 30 days after the purchase date of the product being exchanged.
- We do not accept accept exchanges for used products, empty containers, or products damaged by improper handling or storage.
- To request an exchange, use the contact form on daliniskincarespa.com to provide us with your name, email, order number, the product you wish to exchange, the reason for your exchange request, and the replacement product you would like.
- If there is a price difference between the product you are exchanging and the replacement product, we may contact you for more information.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. These charges cannot be refunded.
- Once your exchange request is approved, ship that product to the address listed in the return policy above.
Damaged Products Policy
If you a receive a product that is damaged or broken, please contact us for a replacement within 5 days of your receiving the product. We cannot process replacements after 5 days.
