Vibroacoustic Therapy • Sound Healing

What is Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT)?
VAT is a non-invasive, energy-based alternative approach to wellness. It has been used for over 40 years and works by harnessing the healing sound converted into vibration.
While energetically it works like acupuncture, sound can penetrate much deeper into the body and is more effective than needles. Our bodies are composed mainly of water. Approximately 70%. The Brain and Heart are composed of 73% water, Lungs 83%, Kidneys 79%, Skin 64% and our Bones 31% water. All of this water is set into motion when the body is exposed to these sound vibrations. As this water is moved by vibration, its molecules are reacting and communicating with each other. As this communication occurs, harmony and a healthy resonance are restored in the body.

Vibroacoustic Therapy Session
After the utilization of sound therapy, most people report a feeling of total relaxation and improvement of overall function, balance and feeling of lightness.
Through tactile transducers, gentle low frequency sine waves selected to resonate in a specific area of the body are transmitted. This therapy delivers natural stimulants in a process that exercises the brain and central nervous system with specific intent of balancing, optimizing and harmonizing the body and brain.

I had the incredible opportunity to experience Vibroacousric Therapy with Dalini and it was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I walked into her serene space, I felt at ease knowing I was in the hands of a true professional.
One of the main reasons I asked Dalini about the Vibroacousric Therapy was for my badly bruised and swollen foot. After just one session, the results were remarkable. The low-frequency sound waves and gentle vibrations seemed to work magic. By the next day, the swelling had significantly reduced and the bruising was almost gone. It was as though the therapy had reached into my tissues, promoting healing.
Beyond the physical improvements, I left feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. Dalini's personalized approach and genuine care made all the difference. I can't recommend her enough for anyone seeking a holistic, non-invasive way to heal and find relief. Thank you Dalini, for your incredible work!

What Happens During a Session?
Vibroacoustic Therapy is a soothing, relaxing experience which is conducted while you are fully clothed. You lie directly on the specifically designed table, that is embedded with transducers which transmit specific frequencies into vibrations.
The therapy lasts for about 25 minutes, and the special frequencies are chosen by the therapist after consulting with you. In addition to the special frequencies, you may also have music included in the therapy, which is also decided between you and the therapist.
After the session is complete, you will have a chance to discuss it with your therapist, and together you can review the outcome and fine tune the therapy to maximize the benefits of your course of treatment.
How Vibroacoustic Therapy Works
Every organ, bone and virtually every "cell" in your body vibrates at its own resonant frequency. Together, they make up a composite frequency not unlike that of a symphony orchestra. When an organ in your body is out of time, it can affect the health of your entire body!
During the VAT session, sound waves programmed at very specific frequencies generate an "internal massage" at the cellular level. In this way, organs deep within the body which cannot be reached by traditional methods-nerves, glands, heart, lungs, deep-lying blood vessels, myofascial and brain tissue-are gently stimulated through sound vibrations.
The VAT system uses advanced technology transducers which results in an incredibly accurate and smooth experience. The vibration is delivered so cleanly that the brain interprets the stimulus as sound, not shaking. Laying on the bed, you become one with the vibration in a way simply not possible before.
More Benefits
A particular positive side benefit of using Vibro Acoustics to get into the relaxation response is a long term benefit. The more people use this technology, the more they learn to recognize the state of relaxation and over time, become able to reach relaxation at will. Vibroacoustics is a great way to learn to relax and develop relaxation as a daily habit!

The Difference Between Vibroacoustic Therapy Vs. Vibroacoustic Sound
- Vibroacoustic Sound: Combines music listening with low frequency sound vibration to create vibro tactile vibration. This stimulation can create blood flow and circulation, which may help decrease pain and increase joint mobility.
- Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT): Use low frequency vibrations to stimulate the body's cells into a therapeutic state of relaxation and healing. VAT can be used as an independent therapy or in conjunction with psychotherapy or medical treatment. It can be beneficial for people with chronic conditions, special needs, or stress.
